My son has been in prison since, 2006 for lewd act molestation he is serving 15 yrs.at a 85% of his crime is there any way he can get a sentence reduction?

There were no evidence in court to convict him he was scared and plead guilty for her to get her kids back from DHS he just got railroaded.
