He has been in practice for over 30 years and his experience during that time has been devoted almost exclusively to the defense of criminal cases. Brian Gabriel began his career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, he prosecuted thousands of cases of individuals charged with various crimes. However, he spent most of his time developing his skills in handling DUI litigation.
