My wife has made allegations of domestic violence against me. She has told me that she lied. Can I covertly record her statements and turn it over to the police?
Answers
It depends on the law of your state. E.G. in California you may not record anyone without their knowledge. There are, however, exceptions where a criminal act may be involved.
