my son had hired an attorney and when they went sentanceing the attonery had said he was only getting 1yr jail co. time and 3 yrs probation but attonery never told him that he was getting 4yrs up state and pay restitution finesback.My son his never had problems with the law NoPriors he was working supporting himself n me motheir nfamily he was in schoool trying to go to College for BUSINESS,HAD HIS OWN BUSINESS IN juolly jumpers his not gang member nor a promble guy his only 22 yrs old n became a fatheir a few days before they took him into custody. He wants to Withdraw his appeal im not working im in disablity and have 4 kids to support dont get any asst from co. sow plzz look and see if you could help my son . I will thank you very much
