My g/f was on state probation in Tennessee and Misdemnior probation also. She was violated due to not taking a drug test on state, and I guess violated both now because she quit going after violated.. she didnt turn her self in and waited till they came and got her, now this is what shows on her charges, VIOLATIONS AGAINST THE COURT OR AGAINST-ADDENDUM TO VOP Felony VIOLATIONS AGAINST THE COURT OR AGAINST-THERFT OF SERVICES Felony VIOLATIONS AGAINST THE COURT OR AGAINST-THEFT Misdemeanor , What can she expect as possible sentence? and would hiring a lawyer help? to greatly reduce jail time?
