What do you have do submit to a prosecutor after receiving their discovery if i'm representing myself?

This is one of the reasons that a person should not represent him/herself. This is a very basic issue in all states, but the answer differs from state to state, and the chances are that if you don't know that answer, you will not be well served by serving as your own attorney.

This differs from State to State and is explained in the Rules of Criminal Procedure. Usually, you have to state who your witnesses will be, what your theory of defense is, and what exhibits you will use. Your disclosure requirements are similar to the State's.
