What happens if a sworn affidavit isn't signed by the affiant?

I was sent a sworn affidavit and it wasn't signed. Is this grounds to have it thrown out?

It's not an affidavit unless it is signed. Minor errors, such as forgetting to sign a document, are usually allowed to be corrected.
