my son (40 year old) is pre-trial and is looking at 3-year sentence...was last busted 2-3- years ago for same charge (DUI)...has been in jail since 7-31-2016...court hearings fourteen plus times...with many delays...no other criminal record...does he auto get good time from time of arrest on this charge or does it compute from his arrival at prison?
