Mr. Conroy's primary practice area is immigration and nationality law. He represents clients before U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Appellate and District Courts. He also represents non-citizens seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and adjustment of status in Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. In Federal Courts he represents clients with regard to petitions for review, direct appeals from federal district court decisions, complaints for declaratory judgment and injunctive relief, mandamus actions, and petitions for habeas corpus.
