David Haas, a state and federal defense attorney, is a former state and federal prosecutor who practices federal criminal defense nationwide. He began his career in 2001 as a state prosecutor. After 3 years he was promoted to Chief of the Economic/Environmental Crimes Division where he was responsible for the investigation, intake, and prosecution of complex financial crimes. In 2006 he joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida where he served as a federal prosecutor for nearly 10 years handling complex white-collar matters.
