Criminal Defense Lawyer

I was trained in the United States Attorneys Office, San Francisco Criminal Division as a certified law clerk to prosecute criminal cases right after law school. Since then, over the last 14 years I have defended well over a hundred criminal cases, from serious and violent felonies, gang cases, and complex conspiracies to simple, first time drunk driving charges. I am also panel counsel for the Santa Clara County Independent Defenders Office, which requires significant experience and skill to be invited and accepted.
