MIGUEL C. FERNANDEZ III, ESQ.
In June 1968, the Fernandez Family fled communist Cuba and emigrated to New Jersey. Fernandez earned his Political Science degree from Seton Hall and his Juris Doctorate, as well as his Masters in Public Administration, from Syracuse University. Upon graduation from law school, Fernandez moved to Ft. Myers and worked as an Assistant State Attorney until April 1990. Since 1990, Fernandez has maintained a General Trial Practice. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
Fernandez is a (2005) past President of the Lee County Bar (2005) and former Chair of the 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, and has served on numerous State/Local Bar Committees.
