Criminal Defense Lawyer

Nicholas Rosenberg has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2004 and exclusively practices criminal defense. He is a Certified Legal Specialist in Criminal Law by the State Bar of California. He earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco and his undergraduate degrees from the University of California at Berkeley in both Philosophy and Architecture. His high academics and community work have resulted in many awards. He has tried nearly every type of misdemeanor and felony, and has the experience to handle any type of criminal matter. He was an extern with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the Criminal Research section of the Office of Staff Attorneys dealing with federal criminal appeals.
