Brad Bailey concentrates in criminal litigation for Denner Pellegrino, LLP, Counselors At Law. Brad was previously a Partner at a mid-sized Boston firm, where he concentrated in white collar and high-end criminal defense work and securities regulation. Brad's practice includes the defense of cases and matters before Federal District Court, the Superior Court, the Supreme Judicial Court and Court of Appeals, District and Juvenile Courts, the SEC, NASD, MSD and NYSE. A cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Brad formerly worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, a Homicide, Drug and Sex crimes Prosecutor for the Middlesex County, District Attorney's Office, and as a Felony Prosecutor for the Manhattan (New York) District Attorney's Office. He also served as High Sheriff of Middlesex County, and was the statewide Anti-Drug Czar for Massachusetts under Governors Weld and Celucci.
