Ryan P. Rooth is the founding shareholder of Rooth Law Group, P.A. and focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and criminal defense. He represents individuals charged with misdemeanors or felonies, ranging from drug trafficking and possession, driving under the influence, battery, domestic violence, juvenile crimes, violation of probation, and traffic violations. Prior to opening up his own law practice in 2006, Mr. Rooth was a State Prosecutor with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida. Mr. Rooth grew up in the Tampa Bay area and graduated from Jesuit High School. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University in 1999, and received his law degree and Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law in 2000.
