NORTON BONAPARTE JR.:   He was employed by City of Sanford at time of playing the tapes of 911 call and non-emergency call for Trayvon Martin's (TM) family.  It was decided to play all the tapes for the family.  (Snippy little dude. ) He and the mayor physically played tapes on a disc on a computer.  He did not talk to police before tape played about how to play.   Bonaparte says these were not witnesses, they were family.  So,no.    Decision was made to release the tapes to the public so as a courtesy they were played for family first.  He gave no consideration to playing tapes for each member separately. Tapes were played for everyone in room.  Mayor, attorneys Crump and Jackson and brother also there besides mom and dad and dad's girlfriend.  The family was asked if they wanted cops in the room and they said No.  He then informed chief and other officers to get out.  Tape with screams was played more than once as requested by family.  Record any responses?  No.  Record the event in any way?  No.   Did you consider recording reactions and statements for law enforcement?  No.

Cross Examination:   Bottom line it was the decent thing to do.  Yes.

ELOUISE  DILLIGARD:     George Zimmerman's (GZ) neighbor in the complex.  Since moved.  Knew GZ from 2009.   Friendly basis.  Knew about Neighborhood Watch but never saw GZ on patrol.  On day of event, she was coming from Walmart and she saw a cop in a car behind her.  She was relieved when he went around her.  Cop drove into her neighborhood.  As she followed, she saw tape to her left so she drove around to get there another way and met some neighbors and asked whatt happened.  Very rainy.  Noticed GZ's vehicle near scene.  It was near almost up on curb near scene.  Near the " T" intersection. is where Jenna Lawer lived 9she called 911).  Ms. Dilligard spoke to police at this location.  Truck was psrked toward E, slightly /s of her condo.  Walk out her door look slightly right.  R sid eof htat street.  st which comes off street coming off main street.  Cluhouse to W.    She walked up to CS and she saw people, yellow tape, looking for GZ.  Asked neighbor lady who told her what she knew.   spoke to cops after she coldn't find GZ she asked around then asked cops.  I wsn't here when anything happened.  Know people involved?  Victim or suspect.   She was showed 2 photos on phone, GZ and TM.   A group was shown pix.   She identified GZ from photo,  he had a bloody disfigured nose.   Knew him right away.    Shown picture of TM but she had seen him in passing earlier in teh day.  TM.   Concern for his wife who wasn't there.  He was hurt, where was he?  She went to her house and knocked but no one there.  Then Shelly pulled up in her car and parked.   Then she sped off to crime scene.  Witness went again to CS see SZ was OK.   She heard when male, female and another guy  speak to cops.   She gave name and number and left.  Didn't find SZ.  Later FBI wanted a call an she spoke to him.  They came to her for interview.    She heard 911 tape with yelling and screaming.  She heard it first on news.  Then two or three more times.  Recognize voice on tape,  GZ's, a light male voice.  Known him two and a half years.

Discussion of direction of her driving into complex.   Normal to get home is to turn  right CS was on left.   GZ's truck was to her left and left of T.   Second left is twin trees, truck could have been there.  In front of off to right of Lawer's house.  Upshot is he establishes where truck was parked.

Cross Examination:   Can you see me now?  It's me Bernie.   You now know it was TM in photo.  She had seen TM "wandering around"  earlier.   She never heard TM's voice.  Thanks.
