The arrest happened in October 2008. It was for petty theft totaling $250. I got the record expunged in 2011 and I was hoping to go back to court because I would like to be a nurse and I know that even with an expunged petty theft record, chances are no hospital would hire me. I live in California. Could this case be reopened?
