If I have had a felony embezzlement charge reduced to a misdemeanor and expunged,do I need to put this down on a job application?

About two years ago, I had a felony embezzlement charge reduced to a misdemeanor and then expunged from my record. On job applications, when asked if I have ever been convicted of a felony, would I be lying if I said no?

Further. Were you convicted of a felony then had it reduced to a misdemeanor pursuant to 17b? Or charged with a felony initially, but the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor prior to dispo'ing the case (ie. you actually pled to a misdemeanor charge).
