If I plead No Contest will it be the same as pleading guilty?

I want to resolve my case by pleading, but wondered if there is a benefit to pleading No Contest rather than guilty.

A plea of nolo contendere or no contest is tantamount to saying that you are not fighting the case, rather than saying you did the conduct at issue in the charge. In any criminal matter, the court will find you guilty after you have entered a no contest plea; nevertheless, there may well be reasons to enter a no contest plea rather than to utter the word
