I am a criminal justice student with hopes of law school. I was having financial issues and committed fraud for less than $1000 thru my employer. I have had a warrant standing for 6 months and am too afraid to turn myself in just yet because I am not sure what to do. The employer was Nordstrom. I have no criminal history and I reside in Michigan. What are the chances, if I am convicted that I will still be able to get a good job in the law world? What are the chances the judge may expunge my record?
