I missed my court date for my pending hearing on my reckless driving case. A warrant was issued. Will the warrant show up on a background search?

If a bench warrant is issued and you get pulled over or stopped by an officer that runs your information, it is very likely that the officer will see the warrant, which can lead to you taken into custody immediately. If a background check is performed, yes, it is possible that a warrant and pending charge can appear. It may depend on the depth of the background search. You should speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area as soon as possible regarding this matter. To get rid of the warrant, you will have to have it recalled and quashed by the Judge. An Attorney can assist with this, and handle the underlying case. The chances of mitigating consequences of the warrant increase with an attorney, and if you handle it sooner as opposed to later. (ie. handling it 4 days after it is issued is better than waiting 4 months). Contact me through 1duilawyer.com if you have further questions about your situation.
