Brian A. Newman brings over 30 years of experience to the aggressive defense of every case. Mr. Newman graduated law school in 1978. Mr. Newman was admitted to the bar in 1979 after which he obtained a position with the Law Offices of Tarlow & Tarlow. During his tenure at Tarlow & Tarlow, Mr Newman practiced a wide variety of civil law including: criminal law, personal injury law, family law, disability law, and business law. These experiences have aided Mr. Newman in understanding the complexities of White Collar allegations as well as relationships of people with each other and with law enforcement. This has given Mr. Newman insights that greatly benefit his clients. After two and one half years with Tarlow & Tarlow, Mr. Newman opened The Law Offices of Brian A. Newman in 1982. During his career, Mr. Newman has developed expert skills as a trial lawyer while specializing in all aspects of criminal law. He has defended thousands of clients. Their cases have included hundreds of Federal cases, multi-kilo drug seizures, wiretaps, search warrants, white collar crime, money laundering crimes and appeals before the Court of Appeals for the State of California, California Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
