An unlicensed cosmetic surgeon who injected a questionable mix of chemicals into the body of a woman, who wanted buttock implants, has been charged with manslaughter. 

Oneal Ron Morris delivered the deadly chemical cocktail to Shatarka Nuby in 2007 and 2008.  According to her family members, the deadly chemicals were injected into her buttocks.  All that the mix ended up doing was poisoning her system, ultimately causing deadly lung damage.  However, the results of Nuby’s autopsy are not yet in.

Morris currently faces a number of other charges related to similar chemical combinations that were injected into other patients.  One of these involves a woman from Miami Gardens, who says that she suffered infections, pneumonia symptoms and welts on her buttocks, after she was injected with the chemical combination.  The cocktail is believed to be a mixture of cement, tire sealant and superglue. 

The Miami Gardens woman says that she received a total of 6 injections through a tube that was connected to a cooler.  The woman pressed charges against Morris, who was arrested, but pleaded not guilty.  She was later released on a $15,000 bond.

The widespread craze for cosmetic surgery has led to the development of an alternative treatment industry, which consists of unlicensed cosmetic surgeons like Morris.  Many patients who find their way to these doctors do so by word-of-mouth, and pay by the treatment.  Treatment is much less expensive than conventional cosmetic surgeries. 

31-year-old Morris, is known in the underground cosmetic surgery world is the “Duchess.”  Morris has a lengthy and extensive criminal record that includes everything from the use of fake driver's licenses to writing bad checks.
