A search warrant was issued for a legal address or residence. The residence mail box is located a mile away from the home by the side of a county road. Can the police officers open the mail box and seize that person's mail?

It depends on what the warrant authorized. If the warrant authorized it, yes; if the warrant was only for the residence and containers, etc., there, no.
