Depending on the specific state you live in, you may not be able to expunge your record. In Florida all DUI's require mandatory adjudications upon taking a plea or a guilty verdict. If you received an adjudication of guilt versus a withhold, you may not be eligible to seal or expunge. I can't tell if this is a California case or not. If California, we have no real "expungement," but the 1203.4 remedy that too many attorneys sell as expungements. You can request that once you are off probation, if your fines, fees, etc., ar paid off.
