Mr. Brooks is correct, but read the application very carefully to be certain you have to disclose misdemeanor convictions.

My DUI conviction is now on appeal. Do I have to disclose this conviction on job applications during the period of time the case is on appeal?

Yes. It is a conviction and will remain so unless and until it is overturned on appeal.
