Traveling on misdemeanor probation

My family paid for a trip to Mexico, for my daughter, girlfriend and myself. I asked my case manager about it and she said she doesn't know if she can approve it, and I should ask the judge. About four years ago, I had the same exact probation, but with a different case manager and he gave me the ok to go. My trip is in nine days. Would I be ok if I just left? Or is there a way they can find out?

You should speak with your lawyer to determine if there are any restrictions on your ability to travel while on probation. If there are restrictions, your attorney can seek and receive permission from the probation office or the court.
